By accessing or using the Growency AI website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

You are strictly prohibited from using the service for any illegal activities, harassment, or to violate any local, state, national, or international laws. You generally agree not to use the AI receptionist for any fraudulent purposes or to impersonate any person or entity.

3. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to the AI architecture, voice models, and code) are and will remain the exclusive property of Growency AI and its licensors.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Growency AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

5. Termination

We respect your reliance on our services. We may terminate or suspend your access strictly for cause, such as a violation of these Terms or illegal activity. In the event of termination, we will provide you with a specific reason and, where appropriate, advance notice to allow you to retrieve your data, unless immediate termination is required by law or to protect the security of our platform.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
